Our founding story
Nodem was founded in 2024 by Alex Branton to address the unique liquidity challenges faced by VC & Growth investors.
Alex brings a depth of experience, having been a senior member of Sturgeon Capital’s PE and VC teams – whose LPs include Chevron, the IFC, and SBI. Before this, Alex was an investor at Cambridge Associates, working with some of the world’s most sophisticated institutions. He remains an international investment advisor to the UK government (FCDO).
The investment team also includes those formerly with Brevan Howard, Pharo Management, BNP Paribas, and JP Morgan.
